Better Letter Mailing Services was founded by Chuck & Lynn Ekstedt in September 1994. They started the business in the basement of their house in Locust Grove GA with a meter machine, a table-top folder, and a desk top printer. These humble and meager beginnings allowed both Chuck and Lynn to learn this industry from the ground up. Obviously, the business has grown significantly since then. Better Letter is now a full service automated mail production facility located in it’s own 10,000 square foot facility on North Henry Blvd in Stockbridge GA. With the increase in space their new facility provides, they have been able to significantly upgrade their equipment and add many more mailing services. These upgrades in production allow the mailing operation to function much more efficiently than ever before. It has also allowed them to expand their service area. Not only is Better Letter proudly providing mailing and lettershop services to the entire Metro Atlanta Area, but they have also expanded their operation to serve customers all over the southeastern United States.
In spite of the fantastic growth they’ve experienced, Chuck & Lynn Ekstedt still own and operate Better Letter to this day. Chuck is the general manager and serves as president of the corporation. Lynn is the V.P. and functions as financial officer.
