Move Update Form

In order for Better Letter to electronically Move Update your mailing list, the post office requires that we have a Processing Acknowledgement Form (PAF) filled out by the mailing list owner on file. We cannot process your mailing list through the Move Update software until this form is filled out, signed by you, and faxed back to Better Letter.

Processing Acknowledgement Form (PAF)

The only section of the PAF that you are required to fill out is the top section entitled LIST OWNER. Please make sure you fill in your e-mail address as well as your North American Industry Classification (NAICS) number. These fields are required.

The Move Update Processing Acknowledgement form is very simple and only takes a moment to fill out. Once completed, please sign and fax back to Better Letter at 678-565-9418. We’ll take care of the rest.
